Reservations

1. Reservations must be made:

by sending an e-mail to: rezerwacje@lawendowakudowa.pl
or by phone: +48 505 252 883.

2. The property will confirm the reservation upon payment of a deposit of at least 20% of the total cost of the stay within 3 days of the initial reservation date. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival or directly upon check-in on the day of arrival.

3. In the payment title, please provide the Guest's name and surname, the date of stay (date from-to) and the contact telephone number of the person making the reservation.

4. The reservation becomes binding on both parties only after the deposit has been paid. If three business days have passed since the initial reservation was accepted and the deposit has not been paid, the property reserves the right to rent the room to another person without notifying the Guest.

5. Payment of the deposit for the stay means that the Guest has read and accepts the purchased offer and the applicable reservation and cancellation conditions.

6. The account number for payment will be sent by the property in the email confirming receipt of the provisional reservation.

7. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
