Regulations of stay in the facility
1. The stay begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the last day of your stay.
2. A guest staying at an accommodation facility is obliged to register and complete a registration card based on the data from their identity card.
3. The guest settles for the planned stay on the day of arrival.
4. Payment for the stay is non-refundable in the event of shortening the stay.
The local tax is included in the room rate.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
6. Night time silence is in effect from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their rooms. Damage includes both destruction or damage to room furnishings and their loss.
8. Guests can use the Wi-Fi network installed in the facility free of charge.
9. In the case of apartments on the first floor, guests are obliged to close the roof windows before leaving the room; this is particularly important in the event of unfavorable weather conditions – rain, strong wind, etc.
10. Guests arriving with pets are kindly requested not to let their pets off-leash on the property. Pets are also strictly prohibited from being taken to lawns and common areas to relieve themselves.
11. If damage occurs during the stay, the Guest is obligated to cover the cost of repair. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by children. Guests should notify the owners of any damage immediately upon discovery.
12. Guests are required to store their room key and gate remote control with due care. Loss of these keys will result in a 150 PLN charge.
13. The property is not liable for any damage to the Guest's vehicle or for any valuables left in the rooms.
14. Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes – organizing events in the facility is prohibited.
15. If the Guest significantly disturbs the peace and/or the welfare of the neighbors and does not comply with generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, the facility reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period.
16. To improve guest safety, the facility is equipped with a video surveillance system. Data from the surveillance is stored for 14 days and can be made available to appropriate authorities upon request. The Video Surveillance Regulations are available upon request.
17. Personal data: Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we hereby inform you that the controller of your personal data is Katarzyna Kaszuba, ul. Pogodna 12, 57-350 Kudowa-Zdrój, e-mail: katarzyna_z@o2.pl. Personal data are processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and providing hotel services, and, in the case of consent, also for marketing purposes. Data collected for the provision of hotel services will be processed for the period specified by law, and in the case of data collected based on consent, until its revocation. You have the right to access and correct the data, the right to data portability, and the right to receive a copy of the personal data processed by the facility. If you consent to processing for marketing purposes, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, to request the restriction of its processing, to its deletion, and the right to be forgotten. If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
